I am so pleased and excited to announce this 30 Day Wellness Challenge that I have been working on for quite some time now. It’s finally here and I couldn’t be more happy to share it with you!

Here at The Wellness Bucket, it’s about more than just health and fitness.

It’s about wellness…

well·ness

The state or condition of being happy. Feeling good about yourself, your body, and your health. Having healthy relationships and a career or business that is fulfilling. Enjoying life by doing more of the things that make you happy. Having and living the life you want, a life of happiness and fulfillment.

Wellness is about eating well, eating healthy, fueling our bodies, so that we’re disease free,  we have energy to do the things we want, the things that make us happy.

Wellness is about fitness and feeling our best, taking care of our bodies so that we’re able to handle whatever adventure comes our way.

Wellness is feeling good about ourselves, our relationships, our confidence. Wellness is about living a happy, fulfilling life. That is how we, together, as a community, define wellness.

When I created this challenge, I did so with all of these factors in mind.

  • I love a good InstaChallenge! Just one question for myself and all of the other readers: Do we have to post each day or could we do two challenges in one day? (As long as we have all of the challenges completed by the end of the month?)

    • Great question Kristen and thanks for bringing it up. You can definitely do two challenges in one day. Like you said, as long as you post your pictures and complete all of the challenges by the end of the month, you’re good! Looking forward to seeing your pictures! 🙂

  • Hey Mike,
    great challenge!

    I’m also working on my health currently, I joined the Project 10 challenge by Visalus. They provide amazing nutritional products and challenge their members to either lose 10lbs or gain 10lbs lean muscle.

    So far I’m 4 weeks in, exercising regularly and drinking their shakes each day. I even get to eat their cookies (protein bars in cookie shape 😀 ). I’m down 8.5lbs and now I’m targeting to get a six-pack for the first time in my life 🙂

    Most importantly, I feel amazing since I started to take care of my health and I can see positive effects in my business too.

    Hopefully this post inspires lots of people to start taking care of their health!

    I’m on it Mike! The gallon was easy, I drink that and then some everyday. Great variety and a great way to get people to recognize what little they can do to make a big difference. Love it, Great job! I don’t like to put numbers down for goals as weight is relative. I want to feel better when I run and play with my kids. Looking forward to every day in September! Live, Love, Laugh

    • Awesome! Good for you as well for drinking a gallon and then some on a daily basis. You’re way ahead of the game there! You put it best by saying it’s the little things we do that usually make the biggest difference in our lives, including this 30 Day Wellness Challenge. I love your goal of wanting to feel better and perhaps even have more energy when running and playing with your kids, very cool and very inspiring.
